Welcome to The Wander Crew (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Michael Cudjoe in Canada.
By using our website, app, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Using The Wander Crew
The Wander Crew is designed to help you plan, organize, and track your travels.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and not:
- attempt to access areas you shouldn’t
- copy or redistribute parts of the app or content
- interfere with how the Service works
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of the information you enter
- keeping your device and account secure
- how you use the information in real-world situations
The Wander Crew is a tool to support your travel planning, not a guarantee of outcomes.
3. Emergency & Medical Information
You may choose to store sensitive information such as:
- emergency contacts
- medical details
- travel documents
This information is:
- stored for your convenience
- accessible on your device when revealed
While we aim to make this information easy to access, we cannot guarantee it will be available or usable in an emergency.
You are always responsible for your own safety and preparation while traveling.
4. Payments
Some features or products may involve payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, via Pathway IT (also operated by Michael Cudjoe). We do not store your payment details.
5. Ownership
Everything that makes up The Wander Crew—its content, design, and software—belongs to The Wander Crew.
You’re welcome to use the Service for your own travel planning, but you may not copy, sell, or reuse it without permission.
6. Your Data
Your trips, notes, and information belong to you.
We use your data only to:
- provide the Service
- improve the experience
- support features like planning and tracking
We may use anonymous, aggregated data (never tied to you personally) to improve the app and build community features.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep The Wander Crew running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
The Service is provided “as is”.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, The Wander Crew and Michael Cudjoe are not responsible for:
- travel disruptions or decisions
- reliance on stored information
- indirect or unexpected issues arising from use of the Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept any updates.
